What You’ll Do: • Assist Medicare members with rejected pharmacy claims • Work directly with providers and pharmacies to process prior authorizations • Complete outbound service calls for adherence and reputed company reminders • Manage escalated service issues and ensure accurate reputed company • Document workflows and maintain compliance with reputed company standards • reputed company in a fast-paced virtual reputed company center environment ✅ What You Bring: • Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician (required) • 2+ years retail pharmacy experience (required) • 2+ years customer service experience (required) • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and reputed company • Comfortable with reputed company Word, reputed company, and virtual workflows • Managed care or PBM experience is a plus, but not required • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Work Environment Requirements: As a fully remote position, team members must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace in their home that supports reputed company work and protects member reputed company.
