Handle baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve moving items from scales to conveyor belts, as well as lifting items from floor level to waist level. Provide excellent customer service, responding to a wide range of inquiries regarding travel information, flight status, and baggage handling. Essential Qualifications: Skills and Competencies Required for Success To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is essential, with a strong understanding of grammar, tone, and articulation. Proficiency in Spanish, both written and oral, is preferred. Entry-level computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. The ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 70 pounds. A flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
