The ideal Remote Learning Architect has strong experience in instructional design, technology integration and adult learning principles. Responsibilities for the Remote Learning Architect include: • Design and develop engaging learning programs that align with instructional goals and the needs of a diverse enterprise workforce • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing and interactive learning materials. • Develop e-learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience. • Implement best practices in instructional design and adult learning theories to create impactful learning experiences. • Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure the relevance and accuracy of learning content. Qualifications for the Remote Learning Architect include: • 7-10 years' experience in Instructional Design and adult learning principles • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS) • Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance Compensation of the Remote Learning Architect includes: • Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on September 9, 2025.
