**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating product and pricing information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software and customer service tools
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
