Essential Qualifications
- 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support.
- High-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection).
- Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with strong technical skills and familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology.
