About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services in a contact center environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services.
- Record customer interactions and transactions by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in your work.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Communicate with your supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns.
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and the organization.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages proficiently.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, particularly in a contact center environment.
- Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX, and be willing to work from your home office.
- Reliable, high-speed internet service with a minimum of 20 Mbps download speeds is required, along with a traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber.
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace is essential for this role.
