Job Overview
We are seeking talented and experienced customer service professionals to join our remote Customer Contact Center. As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in supporting our field offices and customers during our peak season. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities
- Work remotely from your home office, with equipment provided by blithequark
- Support our field offices and customers during peak season, which starts building around February
- Manage heavy call volumes during peak season, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business, using excellent customer service soft skills such as empathy
- Utilize gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful as a Seasonal Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home as a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will need:
- A private or semi-private home office space, free from distractions and background noise
- A workspace with adequate furnishings, such as a desk and chair, and lighting
- A minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection, with the ability to hardwire directly to a modem
