Are you a seasoned Executive Chef with substantial cruise ship experience, looking for your next challenge on land? This is a unique opportunity to manage a large-scale operation in Egypt, comprising 20 food and beverage outlets, including an all-day buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurants, lounges, pool bars, and ad-hoc restaurant concepts. The Role: • Oversee daily operations for diverse F&B outlets • Lead and manage a large culinary team to deliver exceptional service • Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations across multiple restaurants and bars • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cost control Requirements: • Extensive cruise ship experience, ideally managing large teams and operations • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing complex F&B outlets • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Single or married status (no children) Salary: US$100,000 – US$120,000 net per year Start Date: Available January 2025 Location: Egypt (accommodation provided) If you are ready to transition from the high seas to managing a thriving land-based operation, we want to hear from you!
