**Position Overview**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service to our clients and their patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish
* Assisting patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and pharmacies with inquiries and scheduling
* Addressing and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
* Troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining precise, organized records of all interactions
* Utilizing active listening, basic medical terminology, and bilingual communication skills to effectively assist callers
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet, private workspace at home with a wired high-speed internet connection
* At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office applications and the ability to set up and operate computer equipment
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
* Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual candidates required)
* Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and phone
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:

* Post-secondary education or training in a relevant field

**Schedule & Availability**
This is a Full-Time position (up to 40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule that includes:
* Training typically lasts two weeks, with sessions held Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Time)
* After training, you'll be assigned a fixed schedule, which will remain consistent unless there are changes to business needs or personal requirements
* The position offers a flexible work schedule with 8-hour shifts between 12 PM and 11 PM (Eastern Time)
* Please note that your schedule will include one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
