Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Agent – Seasonal at blithequark, you will be part of our fast-paced, fully remote Customer Contact Center, supporting our field offices and customers during our peak season. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Key Responsibilities
- Work remotely from your home office, with equipment provided by blithequark
- Support our field's peak season, which starts building around February, with heavy call volume expected during this time
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business, using different gamification tools to measure performance
- Utilize your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School/GED diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
