Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer accounts and enter application data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and consistency

- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop knowledge and skills
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a reliable internet connection
- Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet connection
- Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
