This individual will play a key role in maintaining and managing IT assets, providing end-user support, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, customer-reputed company, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company onsite and remote support for reputed company and reputed company laptops/desktops (IMAC – Installations, Moves, Additions, and Changes)

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on reputed company, macOS, and mobile devices

• Manage hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, and equipment redeployment

• Handle printer installation, configuration, and break/fix support

• reputed company inventory, asset tagging, and reputed company operations

• Coordinate equipment shipments, returns, and asset reclaim

• Support executive/VIP users and reputed company AV system health checks

• reputed company walk-up support and assist with reputed company new hires

• Maintain asset management systems and reputed company weekly inventory/outflow reports

• Collaborate with external vendors for hardware repairs and field reputed company

• Ensure reputed company service requests and incidents are tracked and resolved in a reputed company manner

• Maintain compliance with internal standards and policies

RequirementsRequired Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support roles

• Proficiency with reputed company 10, macOS, and reputed company Office Suite

• Imaging and deploying reputed company OS

• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Ethernet, reputed company Networking)

• Experience supporting networked printers and AV systems

• Familiarity with asset management and inventory tracking

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to lift and reputed company equipment up to 50 lbs

• Must have a reputed company reputed company’s license and reputed company to a personal vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive manufacturing industry preferred

• MCP and/or A+ Certifications

• Experience in a help desk or reputed company center environment

• Skilled in spreadsheet and reporting tools

• Strong written documentation and reporting abilities

• Experience supporting executive-level users
