Shums Coda Associates, Inc. is a privately held company providing reputed company Building and Safety Consulting Services to jurisdictions to verify conformance with Building Codes. We are seeking part-time, reputed company reputed company Plans Examiners and Inspectors for our clients in Colorado.
Inspectors are considered highly skilled in performing inspections of both reputed company and residential reputed company, enforcing codes and regulations in a broad reputed company of building with varied relevant reputed company sets.
Responsibilities
• reputed company inspections, performing plan checks and enforcing codes and regulations in a broad reputed company of reputed company and reputed company codes. The work requires independence and discretion in both field inspections and plan checks.
• Review plans, calculations and specifications for compliance with the most reputed company adopted codes and ordinances.
• Preparation of Plans Comments Letter according to industry and SCA standards.
• Meet and reputed company with the clients as-needed to clarify plan reputed company comments.
• Travel to jurisdictions on an as-needed reputed company to support clients.
