Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, assisting with order tracking, status updates, product returns, and other post-purchase needs. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, empathy, and professionalism will enable you to de-escalate frustrated customers, provide timely solutions, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing your problem-solving skills to de-escalate frustrated customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
- Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate, enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, a strong ability to problem-solve, and a knack for de-escalating upset customers. If you thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. While experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, it's not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Essential Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- At least six months of experience in customer service (training will be provided for the right candidate)
- High-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection)
- Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
- Secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and software
