About the Role

As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from our customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving customer service issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will undergo virtual paid training from the comfort of your own home in Texas, where you will learn about our products, services, and policies, as well as develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices with their inquiries and concerns
  • Research information in databases to resolve customer service issues and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Maintain composure in escalated situations and de-escalate conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including:

  • At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
  • At least 1 year of work-at-home experience, with a proven track record of self-motivation, discipline, and productivity
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Professional and articulate voice, with a friendly and empathetic tone
  • Ability to multi-task in several computer applications at once, while holding a conversation with a customer
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, and at times, hectic environment, while maintaining a professional attitude and composure
  • Computer savvy, with the ability to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data
  • Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and make sound decisions in a timely and effective manner
  • At least 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent

Work-at-Home Requirements:

To work from home as a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Desktop or laptop (Apple/Mac, Tablets or Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible)
  • Operation system – Windows 10 or newer
  • Webcam-Video available
  • The computer must have at least 4GB of RAM and a Processor speed – i3 4th generation or better
  • High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no Wi-Fi, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet
  • Upload speed of 3Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps
  • The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
  • Latency under 100ms
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech are recommended) 3.5 mm headsets and gaming style headsets are not approved
  • All Hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device
  • 2nd computer monitor or 1 monitor 32" or larger (TV's are compatible)
