Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, de-escalating frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Help upsell or cross-sell when appropriate and necessary, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach.

Who We're Looking For

  • A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support.
  • High-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection).
  • Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, ensuring a distraction-free and productive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
