**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Fielding inquiries and addressing pain points through exceptional customer service
* Maintaining extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and timely solutions
* Conducting inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks

**Minimum Qualifications**
