Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, addressing post-purchase inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner, addressing post-purchase inquiries, and resolving issues related to order tracking, status, returns, and other customer concerns.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate frustrated customers, providing empathetic and personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Occasionally engage in upselling or cross-selling activities when appropriate and necessary, promoting blithequark's products and services to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or call centers is preferred but not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of de-escalating upset customers and resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a minimum of six months of experience in customer service; high-speed internet access, meeting specific speed requirements, is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred, although not required.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to accurately type at least 30 words per minute and navigate complex software systems.
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, with a maximum of 29 hours per week, including at least 8 hours on one weekend day.
