Essential Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting, ensuring compliance with blithequark's security protocols.
  • Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training, ensuring that you can participate fully in virtual interactions.
  • Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs, with a minimum upload and download speed of 50 Mbps.
  • Work Area: Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection, ensuring a productive and comfortable working environment.
  • Equipment: blithequark will provide all necessary computer equipment, ensuring that you have the tools and resources needed to perform your job effectively.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications, demonstrating proficiency in using technology to support customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of previous call center experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
