Job Overview

As a Data Entry Technician, you will play a critical role in our Customs Brokerage team, working 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely data entry, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understand and identify customs documentation, including the ability to transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system.
  • Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ensure compliance at all times with regulations, policies, and procedures, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and integrity.
  • Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's overall performance and success.
