Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and patient individuals with excellent communication and soft skills to join our team as Part-Time Customer Service Advisors. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise, de-escalating frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and solutions.
  • High-speed internet access, meeting the required speeds of download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, and ping less than 175ms, with a reliable ethernet connection.
  • Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with excellent communication and soft skills.
  • A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, ensuring a distraction-free and productive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, with a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for de-escalating upset customers and providing effective solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays.
