* **Shift Differential**: $1.50 per hour for hours between 6PM- 6AM and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts (Sat and Sun, 6am-6pm)
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
* Listening actively to understand customer needs and offering clear, accurate information
* Accessing cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
* Assisting cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
* Processing transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handling research requests with precision
* Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
* Supporting team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service
**Essential Qualifications**

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 1+ years of previous call center experience
* A strong understanding of computers and Windows applications
* A high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download) and a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
