Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist callers with billing inquiries, determine offerings customers are missing, and make upgrade and add-on service recommendations
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
  • Coding sales accurately and completely
  • Provide clear, confident, and professional communication to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Manage client needs quickly and effectively, promoting additional products and services as needed
  • Demonstrate empathy and a sincere desire to assist and prioritize the customer
