Key Responsibilities
- Assist callers with billing inquiries, determine offerings customers are missing, and make upgrade and add-on service recommendations
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Coding sales accurately and completely
- Provide clear, confident, and professional communication to build trust and rapport with customers
- Manage client needs quickly and effectively, promoting additional products and services as needed
- Demonstrate empathy and a sincere desire to assist and prioritize the customer
