As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and sales support to our valued customers. You will work directly with customers who call our inbound phone center, providing them with top-notch fitness products and services, and being the voice of blithequark. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced customer service professionals who can work independently in a remote environment, meet sales goals, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product recommendations and introduce customers to our VIP Family perks
  • Meet sales goals and performance metrics, including resolving customer concerns and making recommendations
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Utilize technical knowledge and skills to navigate our systems, software, and internet applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
  • Previous remote/work-from-home experience
  • Ability to listen to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge
  • Positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere
  • Ability to type, navigate the internet, use basic computer software, and calculate simple retail math
  • Engaging customer service skills to deliver a WOW experience
  • An already established work-from-home environment using your own Windows-based PC or laptop with high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day
