Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently to our clients
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to our clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and use creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Perform application data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop your knowledge and skills, and to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all your interactions with our clients

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, and cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • Moderate to Advanced computer skills, and a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, and self-motivated and success-driven

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center, and familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
