Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering an amazing customer experience and helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. If you are a self-motivated and success-driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Utilize time and task management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a call center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual, a plus
