About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

- Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service to our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
