About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irving, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and solutions expertise. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service to our customers
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials (or willingness to learn)
