You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and consistency
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing projects and updates
- Utilize time and task management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop knowledge and skills and achieve certifications
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels to ensure compliance and consistency
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
- Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
- Be committed to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
- Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet and a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet)
- Not be using mobile internet service providers, satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

- Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Experience
While not required, the following experience is preferred:

- Previous experience in a call center environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
