Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently to our clients
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to our clients
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and use creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Perform application data entry and other administrative tasks as required
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop your knowledge and skills, and to achieve certifications and performance incentives
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all your interactions with our clients
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of hiring
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, and cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, and a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home, and self-motivated and success-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center, and familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual, a plus
