About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing top-notch support. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction
  • Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Essential Qualifications

  • High school graduate or G.E.D., demonstrating a strong foundation in education
  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, ensuring efficient data entry and communication
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining established quality requirements, and consistently meeting customer expectations
  • Must be able to pass a background check, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and trustworthiness
  • Must be fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in both Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the home improvement industry, providing a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Knowledge of lead and workflow management solutions, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, enabling efficient data management and analysis
