About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Remote reputed company Center Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in supporting reputed company members in the State of Iowa. As a key member of our customer service team, you will serve as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a reputed company, courteous, and empathetic manner.

Your duties will include:

• Acting as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates
• Providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
• Accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes
• Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
• Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

In this role, you will be expected to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. You will be required to:

• Work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) with a set schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
