About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with blithequark's policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, thinking critically and outside the box to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Show flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, being open to new ideas and approaches
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform your job duties effectively
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a reliable internet connection and a personal device with a functioning camera
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, with a hard-wired ethernet connection and cable/fiber broadband internet
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites, or Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Previous experience in a Call Center, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Spanish Bilingual, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish
