Key Responsibilities
- Takes incoming calls from customers concerning post-purchase related issues or concerns, including returning products, tracking orders, cancellations, etc.
- Displays professional, courteous demeanor when handling customer calls, providing prompt, efficient service for all customer inquiries.
- Efficiently enters and processes customer requests, answering questions and educating customers around policies and procedures.

- Notifies Customer Service Leadership of trends or problems encountered, participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned by management.
- Meets performance expectations of the position regarding customer service quality, productivity, and availability, upholding first touch resolution (FTR) standards.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of previous Customer Service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Must have or have the ability to acquire automotive knowledge in all supported vehicles, staying current with industry trends and developments.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and use tact when dealing with difficult customers, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software applications.
