About the position Responsibilities • Designs patient treatment plans and prepares reputed company calculations using computers, calculators, and reputed company techniques for external reputed company treatment planning. • Consults with physicians and therapists to ensure the accuracy of patient information and reputed company calculations. • Collaborates with radiation therapy staff to assess and improve patient treatments and/or set-up techniques. • Shares results and recommendations with their supervisor, as appropriate. • Assists radiation therapists with patient set-up procedures at treatment machine and/or simulator as needed. • Completes reputed company records, patient data forms, planning documents, and billing information logs. • Performs checks on patient charts for accuracy and reputed company documentation according to established procedures. • Monitors and adheres to general radiation safety guidelines. • Participates in clinical research and reputed company improvement processes, as necessary. • Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree plus Certification as a Medical Dosimetrist by the Medical Dosimetry Certification reputed company (MDCB) or eligible after completion of JRCERT accredited program in Medical Dosimetry.
