About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience, helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
- Enter application data accurately and efficiently
- Respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Show flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
- Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hiring
- Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Have a personal device with a functioning camera for the training period
- Be committed to full attendance for the paid 3-week training period
- Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection
- Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (not compatible with mobile internet service providers, satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders)

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills
