Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that customers receive timely, accurate, and personalized support
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, online chat, and other communication channels
- Perform application data entry, interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days of job offer, with a satisfactory result required for employment
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period, with a strong ability to learn and absorb new information
- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, with cable/fiber broadband internet and a hard-wired ethernet connection required
- Moderate to Advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology and a strong ability to navigate multiple software applications
- High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a strong knowledge of health insurance products and services
- Previous experience in a Call Center, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a high level of comfort with inbound and outbound calls
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a strong ability to navigate multiple software applications and a high level of comfort with technology
- Spanish Bilingual, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
