Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to work from the comfort of their own home, providing exceptional service to our union members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, performing presentations, and providing top-notch customer support. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from union members, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork, maintain accurate records, and perform quality control checks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with union members, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective strategies for improving customer service and increasing sales
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

  • Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, building strong relationships and resolving conflicts in a professional manner
  • Maintain good customer relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees, demonstrating a strong team player mentality
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada, with a valid work permit or citizenship
