**Your Day to Day (Essential Functions)**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

+ Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and issue solutions

+ Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company policies
+ Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information

**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1+ years of Customer Service Experience**: Retail, call center, or hospitality experience preferred

**Technology Requirements Overview**
To work from home, our agents must have their own full-size or all-in-one desktop personal computer, or a traditional laptop personal computer that meets the minimum specifications listed below. Devices not acceptable include:
