**Your Role at blithequark**
As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Remote, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. **Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling if required
**Qualifications**

* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Over 18 years of age
* The ability to type 25 wpm
* A High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* The ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need:
* A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
* A minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Internet connections that are not Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
* Proof of internet speed
