**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our multi-state clients, including coverage and risk analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, and renewal processing. You will work closely with clients and carriers to ensure client satisfaction, while also introducing and leveraging the products and services available to meet their needs.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide professional, accurate, and timely assistance to clients, while building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
* Understand, introduce, and leverage the products and services available to meet client needs
* Update and maintain client accounts within a customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents
* Work closely with clients and carriers to resolve issues and meet client needs
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
* Active Property and Casualty License
* 4+ years of Personal Lines insurance customer service experience required
* Experience working with high-net-worth carriers, such as Chubb, PURE, AIG/PCS, etc.
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and proactively, edit communications for spelling and grammar, and present information effectively without technical jargon
* Self-confident with the ability to make sound independent decisions
* Proficient in using a variety of computer programs, including CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools
* Highly professional and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and energetic personality

* Competitive hourly rate of $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience
* Opportunity for permanent employment
* Licensing and CE costs covered by the company, provided company applications are utilized for these services (estimated cost $11,500)
* Flexible scheduling, with up to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5-6 hours per day between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm Eastern
**Work Environment and Requirements**
* Must reside in the state of Texas
* Dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions, such as children, family members, friends, and neighbors, pets, television and radio, outdoor activities, and video or audio recording
* High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, with upload speed of 5 Mbps, download speed of 16 Mbps, and latency under 100ms
* Available cell phone or tablet, with the ability to install required 2FA software for multifactor authentication
