**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
* Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, chat, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Utilize active listening skills to understand customers' needs and concerns
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
* Meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills and experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
