Video Content Creator

The Video Content Creator will play a key role in bringing our mission to the court of public opinion through creative storytelling. This position will focus on producing engaging short-form video content that educates and inspires, while maintaining IJ’s brand voice. The ideal candidate is experienced at short-form video editing and passionate about IJ’s mission. Characteristics: • A strong storyteller with good taste (both in terms of recognizing engaging content but also discerning about how/what/when to speak publicly) • Dependable, able to manage multiple projects at once • Organized enough to juggle projects and provide regular reports on production progress • Collaborative and open to feedback, especially during the approval process • Eager to deepen understanding of IJ Responsibilities: • Brainstorm and collaborate on video ideas • Record and edit clips into compelling social media videos • Write scripts and coordinate with talent • Manage regular updates in the project management system to ensure transparency in the production workflow • Support other creative projects such as photography or graphic design as needed • Ensure all media aligns with IJ branding and voice Required Skills: • Proficiency in video editing software (ex.
