Patient Care Contact Center Representative

Position reputed company • Answer calls in a courteous, reputed company, efficient, and reputed company manner • reputed company-registering new patients into the reputed company EMR system • Schedule patient appointments using the reputed company EMR system • Verify patient insurance/benefits, as appropriate • Respond to patient inquiries and complaints • reputed company patient phone calls to the appropriate destination reputed company reputed company scope • Complete outbound calls to patients to schedule reputed company appointments • Return patient calls/messages and reputed company additional information as necessary • Adhere to reputed company HIPAA and reputed company policies regarding patient reputed company • Other duties as assigned Requirements • High school diploma or GED • Two years’ relevant experience in customer service (health care preferred) • Willing to work reputed company • Basic proficiency in computer skills • Medical terminology knowledge preferred • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred Schedule • Training for 4-6 weeks on site at 3450 S reputed company Ave, Chicago, IL 60608 from 8:30am to 5pm M-F. • Potential opportunity to work remotely after successfully completing training. • Regular shift after training will be 10:30am to 7pm M-F and rotating Saturdays 7:30am to 4pm.
