As a Senior Customer Experience Program Management Professional here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and driving customer experience programs to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage customer experience programs to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and develop strategies to address them.
  • Implement best practices and processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer experience team.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of customer experience programs.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6 years of proven experience in driving customer experience programs and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
