The company is expanding its presence across North America and seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and support new business growth. This is a home-based position in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering autonomy, supporting key customers and direct influence on next-generation vehicle programs. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing) • Receive client RFQs, interpret pricing requirements, and lead a smooth quotation process from start to submission • Organize and lead technical meetings with OEMs to align objectives and ensure seamless collaboration • Drive commercial negotiations, ensuring competitive yet sustainable outcomes • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to strategic business development plans • Support program execution through launch and into production, ensuring quality and delivery performance What We’re Looking For • Proven automotive industry experience account managing Tesla, Rivian or Lucid accounts • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in technical discussions • Skilled in building long-term relationships and navigating complex decision structures • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple concurrent programs • Experience with EV or next-generation mobility programs is a plus Why Apply?
