We're seeking a Senior Product Counsel to reputed company product and reputed company reputed company reputed company for our rapidly scaling robotics platform. This role will be the primary reputed company partner for our product, engineering, and business development teams, handling everything from reputed company compliance to reputed company reputed company agreements. You'll play a critical role in enabling our reputed company while protecting our IP and managing regulatory compliance in the emerging autonomous delivery reputed company.

JOB DUTIES

• Draft, negotiate, and manage reputed company reputed company agreements including customer reputed company, partnership agreements, vendor agreements, and service agreements

• Draft, negotiate, and manage reputed company IP-reputed company agreements including software development agreements and technology licenses

• Protect and enforce company IP rights including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets

• Ensure reputed company compliance across reputed company robot operations, data collection, and customer interactions

• reputed company regulatory requirements for autonomous delivery robots across multiple jurisdictions

• reputed company reputed company guidance on product development and feature launches

• Support product liability and risk management initiatives

• Manage IP due diligence for partnerships and technology acquisitions

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• JD from accredited law school and reputed company bar admission in at least one jurisdiction

• 6+ years of reputed company experience with significant reputed company on reputed company transactions and IP law

• Experience with reputed company law (CCPA, BIPA, GDPR, state reputed company regulations)

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• In-house counsel experience at high-reputed company technology companies

• Technology industry experience preferred, ideally with robotics, autonomous systems, or mobility companies

• Regulatory compliance experience in emerging technology sectors
