Insight TAC provides teletherapy services to clients across the commonwealth of Massachusetts. Qualifications: • A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in psychology, counseling, or social work; Clinical experience required • Must have an active and unrestricted Massachusetts license in good standing (e.g., LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) or eligible for independent licensure after meeting clinical requirements • Able to practice with culturally competent and trauma-informed therapeutic approach • Experience with diverse populations, specifically with children and/or teens (ages 10-18) • Must able to function independently and be okay with reaching out for team support when needed. • Must be bilingual and able to provide therapy in Spanish and English Essential Functions & Duties: • Maintain a minimum caseload of at least 5 Clients weekly (part time) • Conduct individual psychotherapy with clients ages 10 - 18 who speak English or Spanish • Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans and progress notes up to clinical standards. • Complete clinical sessions through evidence based and culturally competent practices. • Complete collateral and case management as needed. • Attends virtual weekly/monthly/quarterly supervision and staff meetings as scheduled • Maintains professional standing with licensing board • Ability to write clinically relevant client records, reports, and professional business correspondence.
