This position is Contract to Hire
MUST HAVE:
- 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, reputed company reputed company, or a similar data-driven environment

YOUR ROLE

- Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
