Vice President, Implementation - Public Sector
The Vice President of Implementation will lead enterprise-scale technology implementations, ensuring successful onboarding and delivery for government clients. This role oversees project management, technical integration, and governance frameworks to ensure milestones, requirements, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end implementation of new technology platforms for government clients.
• Oversee program governance, project management, and milestone delivery to ensure successful execution.
• Partner with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements, track progress, and mitigate risks.
• Build and lead a high-performing implementation and PMO team, establishing best practices and scalable frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in client onboarding, delivery efficiency, and technology adoption.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in program management or technology implementation leadership roles.
• Proven success leading large-scale tech implementations, ideally within government or regulated sectors.
• Strong understanding of PMO governance, systems integration, and change management.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000 - $400,000 plus incentive compensation.
