Job Description
I’m looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to help me grow my YouTube channel. The goal is to eventually reach one video per day, and you’ll play a key role in building the systems to make that happen.
Your role will begin with simple editing and scheduling tasks and gradually expand into full YouTube channel management as we grow together.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic video edits (simple cuts, trimming, subtitles—nothing advanced).
Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips for YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.
Upload and schedule videos consistently.
Help with content research and light scripting for upcoming videos.
Maintain and organise the content management system (Google Drive, Notion, etc.).
Assist with content tracking and planning to ensure consistency and quality.
Preferred Skills
Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
Familiarity with YouTube Studio and basic SEO for titles, tags, and descriptions.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Clear communication and willingness to learn new systems.
Interest in personal development, business, or online content creation.
